I have been teaching for well over 14 years. I love what I do and I love what yoga can offer people. Learning yoga is not just about the physical postures, it is a journey of self exploration. Yoga practise includes pranayma (breathe work) and meditation. The physicality of the poses helps us to train our minds to focus and go within. Practising regular yoga will change your life. I have been practising yoga for over 30 years and I feel so blessed that I have it as a mainstay in my life.
